The Belief Checklist

20 beliefs that keep you stuck, and the flip for each one.

You can't flip a belief you haven't named, and we carry more of these than we can count.

  1. Tick every line that feels familiar. Don't overthink it, nobody is grading this.
  2. If a line makes you feel guilty, angry or annoyed as you read it, that feeling is the signal. Circle the three that sting the most.
  3. Take those three to the Decision Matrix on page two.

6 SENTENCE STARTERS: FIND THE BELIEFS THAT AREN'T ON THIS LIST

Read each one out loud and notice which ones your mind finishes on its own. Whatever your mind adds is the belief.

If ___ happens, it means I am ___.

I cannot ___ until ___.

If I go all in on ___, I will lose ___.

People like me do not ___.

I am the kind of person who always ___.

I will only feel ___ when ___.

THE 20 EMPOWERING FLIPS

Every belief on page one has a flip, and the numbers match. Tick the ones you're choosing instead, write your own version in one clear sentence, then go find the proof in your own life.

THE DECISION MATRIX: SWAP ONE BELIEF FOR ANOTHER

Step 1 was choosing the part of your life to work on. These are steps 2, 3 and 4.

STEP 2: The limiting belief I'm dropping STEP 3: The empowering belief I'm choosing (one clear sentence) STEP 4: The evidence I can find (myself, others, research)
EXAMPLECharging more would make me greedy. Charging fairly for real results is service, not greed. Myself: a time I paid full price and it was worth every cent. Others: someone I know who charges more and serves well. Research: what this actually costs elsewhere.

Pick one flip and run it for the next seven days.

If yours won't move after seven days, you haven't failed. You've found the real work, and it lives one layer deeper.
